This amazing book arrives at a crucial moment in the history of bilingual education offering a clear and compelling case to understand the level of importance that it plays right now in the world. In this book, bilingualism is described as a “phenomenon,” and I felt completely identified with the author’s sense of urgency to bring bilingual and multicultural practices to a very tangible level.
